According to weather.com, “Bill is a powerful category 4 hurricane…. It has continued to strengthen, becoming a category 2 strength late Monday, a category 3 Tuesday evening, and now a category 4 hurricane Wednesday morning.”
Ha, at this rate it will be a 5 in no time…. And there is no reason to stop there if you ask me… (except that’s the end of the scale).
In other news Tropical Storm Guillermo continues to disappoint with merely sustained winds of 40 mph.
